Hotel policy in nutshell

• No smoking is allowed inside the whole building of the hotel. The cleaning fee € 200 will be charged. The smoking is possible in designated area upon request and permission at reception.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. If the arrival is planed after 6 pm, please be advised to contact hotel via a phone or mail in advance to arrange a personal welcome.
• Check-out before 11:00 am (additional charges may apply for the late check-out).
• Cancellation after 12 pm in the day prior arrival will cause automatic charge of the first night of the stay unless another cancellation policy is described in the relevant booking online provider. The penalty will be charged from the provided credit or debit card.
• Children under age of 12 are free of fee if using existing bedding.
• No extra person/third party is allowed to share the room without notice to the reception. An extra fine may be charged.
• Cash payment upon check out is not acceptable.
• Payment for accommodation is possible by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, hotel U Hada’s gift cards), by cash (we accept Euros and Czech Crowns) and by bank transfer.
• The reservation of the accommodation can be executed under the name of the person older than 18, otherwise the person must be always in a company of older person, who takes the whole responsibility for all participants.
• Hotel parking is free of charge in front of the hotel and/or in the side street along the hotel.
